CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase.
Because all products are custom printed to order, production begins shortly after an order is placed. Once production has started, cancellations, modifications, address changes, or order changes cannot be guaranteed.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All products are custom printed specifically for each customer and are made to order.
Returns and exchanges are not accepted for:
• Buyer's remorse
• No longer needed
• Event or occasion has passed
• Incorrect size selected by the customer
• Incorrect color selected by the customer
• Personal preference
• Ordering by mistake
If a return is approved, the item must be:
• Unworn
• Unwashed
• In original condition
• Free of stains, odors, pet hair, or damage
• Returned with original packaging whenever possible
Items showing signs of wear or use are not eligible for a refund.
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Approved returns must be shipped back by the customer at their own expense. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of shipment. We cannot be responsible for items lost, delayed, damaged, or untraceable during return transit.
